Questions
Where is my data stored?
In your browser's own storage on the device you use. We never receive it, which is also why we cannot recover it for you. Save a backup file regularly.
What if I switch computers?
Download a backup in the app and restore it on the other machine. Your license key can be used on your own devices, up to the number shown at checkout.
Is the license a subscription?
No. One payment, no renewal. Updates are included.
Is the agreement template legal advice?
No. The templates are plain starting points. Have anything important checked for your country.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
The invoices stored there are gone unless you saved a backup, so back up before clearing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 14 days of buying and we will return the payment.
