What QuickBill is
QuickBill is a web app for quotes, invoices, sheets, documents and video-project tracking. It runs in your browser and keeps your data on your device. The free plan has limits on how many items you can create; Pro removes them and adds the features listed on the pricing section of the home page.
Your data
Everything you enter is stored in your browser's local storage. We do not receive it and cannot recover it. Clearing browser data, switching browsers or losing the device loses it. Use Backup (JSON) in the app to keep copies. You are responsible for the content of your invoices and documents.
Not tax or legal advice
QuickBill produces documents from the numbers you type. It does not check that they meet the tax, invoicing or e-invoicing rules of your country, and it does not issue government-registered invoices. Check the rules that apply to you.
Pro license
Pro is a one-time purchase () made through the payment provider named on the checkout page. After payment you receive a license key, which you enter in the app. The key is for you or your business. Do not share or resell it. The number of devices a key can be activated on is set in the product listing at checkout.
If we can no longer keep Pro running, we will say so on the site and give a way to export your data. A license that is refunded or disabled switches Pro off in the app; the data you already created stays on your device.
Refunds
Ask for a refund within days of purchase by writing to with the email used at checkout. We refund the full price, no reasons needed. A refunded key stops working. Rights you have under consumer law where you live are not affected.
Acceptable use
Do not use QuickBill to produce fraudulent documents, to break the law, or to attack the service or the license check.
No warranty, limited liability
QuickBill is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct, but we do not promise it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about QuickBill is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost data, lost income or indirect damage.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Using the app after a change means you accept it. These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away protections that mandatory consumer law gives you where you live.
