The short version
The invoices, clients, sheets, documents and video projects you enter stay in your browser. They are not sent to us. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no ads.
What is stored on your device
In your browser's local storage: your documents and data, your logo, the language you picked, your license key, and small backup copies the app keeps so one bad edit can be undone. Clearing site data removes all of it.
What leaves your device
- Page loads. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it handles the technical request data (IP address, browser type, time) to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and scripts are served from the same site; no third-party trackers or font services are loaded.
- License check. When you enter a Pro key, and about once a week afterwards while you are online, the app sends the key (and the device label "QuickBill" and the activation id) to our function at
/api/license, which forwards it to Lemon Squeezy's license service to confirm it is valid. We do not store it and do not log it on purpose. Lemon Squeezy's reply tells the app only whether the key is valid. If you are offline the app keeps working. - Purchase. If you buy Pro, payment is handled by the payment provider on the checkout page. It collects your payment and contact details under its own privacy policy and tells us what we need to deliver the license and handle refunds, such as your email and the order.
Your choices
Use Backup (JSON) to take your data with you, and clear site data in your browser to delete it from the device. To ask about data we hold from a purchase, or to ask for it to be deleted, write to .
Children
QuickBill is meant for people running a business and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date above changes and the app's home page says so.
